this update includes newly checked streams as well as reversing the order of stream titles and links, this means newly checked streams are at the top now and older ones in the bottom
since this folder is about checked links it's normal that with new additions there is also new deletions, however i'm planning to go further than just 4 passes (2000 streams per file) which means more links are being checked in total
the first 500 streams of all the files in the +merged+ folder were selected and tested against github actions which uses microsoft's zure servers in american datacenters, these all worked and gave a 200 response code, there might be further updates to this folder in the future
