U-DESKTOP-3VIS1T9\junguler 9dec68130a add +checked+ folder, see commit description 
the first 500 streams of all the files in the +merged+ folder were selected and tested against github actions which uses microsoft's zure servers in american datacenters, these all worked and gave a 200 response code, there might be further updates to this folder in the future
