Michael R Sweet a5ea819842 Bump version to 2.3.
Add @since ...@ comments.

Fix parsing of @...@ comments.

Add comments to end of each list item.

Use "-Os -g" as the default optimization with GCC.

Change string functions to use _mxml prefix instead.
